  • IT Specialist

    Support Technician to provide general end-user support for both our hosting and MSP clients.

    • Maintain professional demeanor as a representative of Digitek Solutions at all times
    • Support internal and external customers, and assist senior personnel with data center maintenance
    • Monitor, respond and record work performed in our trouble ticket system with meticulous documentation
    • Installation and troubleshooting of workstations, networking equipment, Telephony, and Servers
    • Install, update and troubleshoot Sage Construction and Real Estate software
    • Occasionally assist Sales team in explanation of technical requirements of the software when needed
    • Day Travel within Arizona to client sites (Mileage reimbursement, majority within Metro Phoenix )

  • Software Consultant

    This Intacct Software Consultant is responsible for business process reviews with clients and prospects, laying out project plans and timelines, implementing and configuring Intacct, and providing post-implementation support. The ideal candidate will be a technology enthusiast with a zeal for learning, self-motivated, ability to interact with customers in a variety of different vertical industries. Experience within professional services businesses is important. Strong accounting knowledge is a must. The candidate will also be solution-oriented, driven to succeed, possesses a positive, resilient attitude and can work in a family-orientated, fast-paced yet focused, evolving organization.

    • Receive in-depth Sage Intacct training
    • Be involved in the sales cycle as needed to provide product knowledge to the sales team
    • Assist with business process reviews where all customer accounting and setup needs are analyzed and agreed upon prior to new customer implementations
    • Perform implementations of accounting systems for new customers
    • Develop customer required reporting using Sage Intacct
    • Train end users on the Intacct Systems
    • Provide ongoing support to customers
    • Attend Sage Intacct events and ongoing training
