    Option 1: Simply email itsupport@digiteksolutions.com

    Note: helpdesk@digiteksolutions.com is not a valid email for MSP help.

    Option 2: Fill out the Managed Services Support form via helpdesk.digiteksolutions.com

    1. Go straight to helpdesk.digiteksolutions.com or click the Request Support button on the top right corner.
    2. Complete the third form, the one to the far right – Managed Services Support. This form is dedicated to MSP customers.

    Note: The other two support forms are for clients who need help in Sage Software or Sage Hosting.

    Option 3: Use the Digitek Icon in your System tray

    1. Locate the Digitek icon in your system tray and right-click on the icon.
    2. Click Support Portal.
    3. The portal will open, click New Ticket.
