Option 1: Simply email [email protected]
Note: [email protected] is not a valid email for MSP help.
Option 2: Fill out the Managed Services Support form via helpdesk.digiteksolutions.com
- Go straight to helpdesk.digiteksolutions.com or click the Request Support button on the top right corner.
- Complete the third form, the one to the far right – Managed Services Support. This form is dedicated to MSP customers.
Note: The other two support forms are for clients who need help in Sage Software or Sage Hosting.
Option 3: Use the Digitek Icon in your System tray
- Locate the Digitek icon
in your system tray and right-click on the icon.
- Click Support Portal.
- The portal will open, click New Ticket.
