  • Simplify Field Service Operations

    Based on the technician's skill set, specialties, and current location, dispatchers will assign the right technician to the right job at the right time. The technician then receives an automated alert on their mobile device about the service call. While on the job, technicians can view historical work-orders, equipment details, images, drawings, client, and technical-specific notes.

  • Enhance Customer Service

    With a customer portal, clients can submit service requests anytime, see the history, and view status updates online. While on-site with the customer, the technician can create, track, follow up on quotes, and enter work order details. The customer then sign off the work ticket documenting technician’s hours and parts used then a copy of the work order is emailed to the customer. If a return call is needed, the technician can schedule it right from the field and it flows into the dispatch calendar.

    Service vehicles are set up as individual warehouses to track the location of its inventory assets. As parts are used on work tickets, the vehicle's inventory levels are kept up-to-date leading to better stock control and more strategic and cost-effective reordering.
