There are various ways to deal with multiple data entry users.

  1. Create MULITPLE Data entry groups, with One user as primary, the others as alternate, and visa versa on the others.
  2. Use the “Dashboard” as multiple people can work out of the same data entry queue at the same time.
  3. Create invoice types and each user would acquire invoices with a specific invoice type.

Each of the ways mentioned has pros and cons, but they will all work and make processing easier for multiple data entry users (#2 above has the least impact and requires no changes to the system.)
