There are various ways to deal with multiple data entry users.
- Create MULITPLE Data entry groups, with One user as primary, the others as alternate, and visa versa on the others.
- Use the “Dashboard” as multiple people can work out of the same data entry queue at the same time.
- Create invoice types and each user would acquire invoices with a specific invoice type.
Each of the ways mentioned has pros and cons, but they will all work and make processing easier for multiple data entry users (#2 above has the least impact and requires no changes to the system.)
