Note: helpdesk@digiteksolutions.com is not a valid email for MSP help.
Option 2:
Fill out the form via Digitek website.
- Go to digiteksolutions.com/request-support/ or click the Request Support button in the top right corner.
- Complete the form on the right – Managed IT and Sage Hosting Support. This form is dedicated to MSP and hosting customers.
Note: The form on the left are for clients who need Consultant help in Sage Software.

Use the Digitek icon in your system tray. Watch Video
- Locate the Digitek icon in your system tray and right-click on the icon.
- Click Support Portal.
- The portal will open, click New Ticket.
