    Fill out the form via Digitek website.

    1. Go to digiteksolutions.com/request-support/ or click the Request Support button in the top right corner.
    2. Complete the form on the right – Managed IT and Sage Hosting Support. This form is dedicated to MSP and hosting customers.

    Note: The form on the left are for clients who need Consultant help in Sage Software.

    Use the Digitek icon in your system tray. Watch Video

    1. Locate the Digitek icon in your system tray and right-click on the icon.
    2. Click Support Portal.
    3. The portal will open, click New Ticket.

Sage Consulting

  • Setting up a company.
  • Closing your books and preparing for the next fiscal year.
  • Integrating Sage with third-party solutions.
  • Subcontract data isn’t appearing correctly.

IT and Hosting:

  • Experiencing difficulties with remote screen sharing or connecting to other devices.
  • Technical issues related to hardware or system performance. Such as computer keeps freezing.
  • Cannot access a drive hosted on the server.
