  • Issue: When trying to print from hosted applications via RemoteApp or Remote desktop on Windows 10 computer, the print job will inconstantly fail.

    Resolution: The issue seems to only affect Windows 10 computers. Customers who have experienced this issue have resolved it in one of the following ways.

    1. Install the latest Windows 10 certified printer driver from the printer manufacturer.
    2. Used PCL5 driver instead of PCL6 or vice versa.
    3. Purchased and installed Terminalworks TS Print as a replacement for Microsoft Easy Print Redirection. This has been the only 100% successful solution. Click here for more info.
    4. You can purchase on your own and provide licensing to Digitek, or Digitek can send you a one time invoice for the cost of the software.
