Issue: When trying to print from hosted applications via RemoteApp or Remote desktop on Windows 10 computer, the print job will inconstantly fail.
Resolution: The issue seems to only affect Windows 10 computers. Customers who have experienced this issue have resolved it in one of the following ways.
- Install the latest Windows 10 certified printer driver from the printer manufacturer.
- Used PCL5 driver instead of PCL6 or vice versa.
- Purchased and installed Terminalworks TS Print as a replacement for Microsoft Easy Print Redirection. This has been the only 100% successful solution. Click here for more info.
- You can purchase on your own and provide licensing to Digitek, or Digitek can send you a one time invoice for the cost of the software.
